Take Nothing!

Tom Shimonovitz recently achieved another “take nothing” decision from the WCAB. This claim involved a construction injury, where a late denial led to a presumption of compensability. Tom took the case to trial, and obtained a “take nothing,” successfully rebutting the presumption of compensability. You don’t see that too often! Great job Tom. The employer’s company representative was thrilled, commenting that he had never seen one of these before.
