Meredith Schneider, Managing Attorney

Meredith began her career as an attorney in criminal defense litigation. She was inspired to pursue the career as a means to give a voice to those who might not necessarily have one. Meredith has been with the firm since 2016 and has over 10 years of experience as a Workers’ Compensation litigator. An excellent listener, she works with clients to address and spot issues, creating an action plan that everyone can agree with. Meredith is proud of her relationships with opposing counsel that she has developed throughout her career. These relationships have allowed her to move cases quickly to resolution. She recently received a take nothing on a complex case with multiple witness testimony, which was an incredibly exciting culmination of her hard work and dedication to provide efficient service.

Originally from New Jersey, Meredith came to California for law school and simply never left. She has made a home in the state, enjoying the weather and of course, the beaches. Outside of the law, she works actively with charities including the American Liver Foundation and Walk with Sally, and also enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
