Mark Rudisill, Senior Associate

Mark Rudisill has been recognized by the California State Bar as a Certified Legal Specialist in Worker’s Compensation. He uses his knowledge of the law, a fighter’s instinct and his ability to constantly communicate with adjusters to develop an aggressive approach capable of pushing each of his files towards resolution quickly and in a cost-effective manner.  Mark was inspired to be a lawyer because of his family history in the legal field. Starting at a young age during his negotiations with his parents at the dinner table, he was constantly reminded that he would make an excellent attorney.  Prior to joining the firm, Mark worked as an assistant manager at both a restaurant and a classic car auction company.  As part of these experiences, Mark dealt with fraudulent workers’ compensation cases.  These experiences contribute to his approach to file handling as he understands an employer’s viewpoint of the Workers’ Compensation system.

Born in Phoenix, Arizona, Mark fell in a deep love with the beaches and ocean lifestyle in California. A former wrestler and Muay Thai kickboxer, he enjoys spending time with his three boys and the sports they participate in like surfing, soccer, baseball, wrestling, sailing and fishing.
