Jeff Hiura, Partner, CEO

Jeff Hiura is a Partner and Chief Executive Officer at KHL. He is proactive and innovative in regards to his file handling, and uses his communication skills and ability to identify a window of opportunity to best manage and mitigate client exposure, together, these have lead to unrivaled settlements at deposition. Having served as a rising star for many years, Jeff was recognized as a firm leader by being promoted to Partner in 2007. After the retirement of our firms founding partner, Peter Karlin, Jeff took the reigns as head of the firm in 2023. 

Jeff earned his Bachelors of Arts in Political Science, cum laude, from UCLA in 1996 and his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in 2000, where he was an Editor on the Entertainment Law Review.  In his free time, Jeff enjoys playing poker, golf and tennis and trying new restaurants in the LA area.
