Brian Lerner, Partner

Brian has an extensive legal background working as a judicial clerk for federal judges and Big Law for over seven years, as well as in-house counsel for a Fortune 500 company, before joining Karlin, Hiura & LaSota.  Brian cares about his clients and colleagues and has a perpetual desire to learn.  He enjoys carefully navigating legal complexities while working towards a quick and reasonable settlement for his clients.  When Brian is not working, he is spending time with his family and friends.  Although Brian loves to laugh and have fun, he is also staunchly committed to improving our community.  Brian has devoted significant time providing pro bono legal services to outreach programs and legal aid organizations such as the Holocaust Survivors Reparations Clinic, the Homeless Veterans Clinic and the Domestic Violence Center.  Brian is originally from the City of San Bernardino, so if you ask politely, he might take you to the first McDonalds ever, which is located in his hometown.
